We ship to 85 countries worldwide! Best of all, our one-time shipping fee is a flat rate, and NOT per item! You can order as many items as you like and pay just a single shipping fee!

Japan Post Office - $8.90

Shipments inside Japan typically arrive within *2-4 working days

Standard Global Airmail - $14.80 and $19.80

Standard airmail shipments typically arrive in *10-14 working days. All packages are insured for up to $200 USD. Our standard shipping option is usually fast for USA, most of Asia, Europe and the UK.

* Standard Global Airmail has two different fees $14.80 and $19.80 depending on the country. Our website automatically chooses the best fee depending where are you located.

*Standard airmail shipments to many countries can take longer than our typical quoted times, including Canada, Italy. Mexico (it can take 45 days. For those countries we recommend to use Worldwide Express.

Parcel tracking is not available for many countries, but service is very reliable and parcels are insured in rare cases of loss or damage.

Returns, Availability and Refund

Orders are processed within 15 working days, Monday through Friday, (National holidays).

Cancellation + Return:

If you wish to cancel an order, please email us as soon as possible after the order is placed, if the order is still not created, then we can cancel right away and issue a refund. You are not required to give a reason for your cancellation nor will there be a penalty.

In the event that your order is in the creation process, we can refund 35% of the cost of the order, excluding shipping costs. You can contact us via

If the items have already been delivered to you, your right to cancel your order for the goods you have received is dependent on:

  • A. You not having worn or damaged the goods.
  • B. You not removing any security tags from the goods.
  • C. You email us within 30 days after you received the goods and you will be given a Return Authorization number (RA) from us.

The goods must be returned to us within 10 days of your receiving your RA number. You must do the following:

  1. 1.Goods and packaging must be in their original condition.
  2. 2.Must be securely wrapped.
  3. 3.Include our delivery slip.
  4. 4.Use our agreed delivery partner.

Only complete compliance of your refund stipulations will afford you a 35% refund of the order, excluding the shipping costs.

Returns are subject to at-your-own-risk shipping. You are responsible for insuring your returned goods. Items must remain in your possession until the time of return. While in possession of items that are being returned, you are expected to take reasonable care of the goods. Should you fail to meet these guidelines, we have the right to assess a claim for compensation from you. This claim will be debited from your original method of payment. If you do not return your purchase within 30 days, we will not accept the item back. You will be deemed to have taken full ownership without any return, cancellation or refund option.

Sales taxes and import duties will not be refunded.

Cancellation by InTaime:

InTaime reserves the right to cancel your order at any time. This right still applies after you have been sent an order confirmation. This, however, would only occur in exceptional cases. Cancellations may include but are not limited to the following circumstances:

  1. 1.There is insufficient capacity to create and deliver your purchased item(s).
  2. 2.Delivery in your area is unavailable.
  3. 3.An item(s) that you have ordered was incorrectly priced.

If for any reason your order is canceled by InTaime, you will be notified by email and/or telephone call. Your account will be credited any monies that may have been deducted. This will occur as soon as possible or within 30 days of your order. Liability to you or a third party will not be assumed, and no compensation whatsoever will be paid due to the cancellation of your order.

Customs Duty and Import Tax

All fees, taxes, VAT, or other import duties/penalties are the full responsibility of the buyer. InTaime has no control over the customs policies of your country. Packages refused for these reasons are subject to a 10% restocking fee. In addition, return freight fees, brokerage charges and customs duties will be deducted from the total refunded amount. Note: Normally, for the value of the parcels most of the shipments are free of any taxation.


When you place and order, a confirmation email is sent to you, including the invoice with all the details of your order, including billing and shipping address (if different than billing).


In the event a parcel is received with damaged packaging, do not accept the package! Refuse delivery, make a report with the courier, and contact us immediately!

If you have already signed for or received the package, please do not open the package. Take several photos of the exterior of the parcel and then send them to us by email at This will allow us to assist you with returning the items for exchange. In most cases, the items are very well-packed and remain undamaged.

If you do not receive your standard economy airmail order within 30 working days, please contact us, so that we can open a claim with the post office. Should the claim result in confirmation of loss, we are more than happy to offer full refunds or replacement items if available. Claims take 7-14 days to process through local post offices as our post office must communicate with your post office. Please note that if your country is listed as one for which we allow 30-60 days, we cannot offer replacements or refunds until after 60 days have passed.
